Privacy Policy — your data, your control.
H&H Soft Cloud exists to build trust — with our clients and with every visitor to this site. This policy explains, in plain language, exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep at every step.
We never sell your data
Your information is used to serve you — never sold, rented or traded to anyone, full stop.
Minimal by design
Only what you type into a form or subscribe with: your name, contact details and message.
Local-first storage
Theme, drafts and preferences live in your browser — you can clear them any time.
GDPR & CCPA honoured
Access, correction, deletion and portability requests answered within 30 days.
1. Information We Collect and why it matters.
We practise data minimisation: if a field does not serve you, it does not exist on our forms. Here is the complete picture of what this site collects.
| Category | What it includes | How we receive it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact & inquiry details | Name, company, email, phone and your message | Only when you submit the contact form or email us directly |
| Newsletter email | Your email address | Only when you explicitly subscribe in the footer form |
| Service preferences | Interests you choose to share in conversation or forms | Voluntarily provided during consultation requests |
| Technical requests | Standard, short-lived server logs (IP, user agent) kept by our hosting provider | Automatically, for security and availability |
| Local preferences | Theme choice, unsent form draft, subscription flag | Stored in your browser — see section 4 |
We do not collect payment card data on this website, and we do not use ad-network tracking pixels or behavioural profiling tools.
2. How We Use Your Information — six honest purposes.
Every processing activity below maps to one of these purposes. Nothing else happens to your data.
Respond to you
Answer inquiries, book your free consultation and deliver org health-check summaries.
Deliver proposals
Prepare engagement estimates, statements of work and project communication.
Newsletter you chose
Send occasional release notes and guides — only if you subscribed, unsubscribe anytime.
Keep the site safe
Use hosting-level logs to prevent abuse, secure forms and maintain availability.
Improve experience
Understand which pages help visitors most, in aggregate and without profiling.
Meet legal duties
Honour contracts, exercise legal rights and comply with applicable law.
No profiling. No ad targeting. We never use your information to build behavioural profiles or to serve personalised advertising — on this site or anywhere else.
4. Sharing & Third Parties — the short list.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Data leaves your browser only through the following, strictly limited channels:
OpenStreetMap embed
The contact page embeds an OSM map; loading it sends your IP and map tile requests to OpenStreetMap under their policy.
Google Fonts
Typography (Inter, Sora) is requested from Google Fonts; requests include standard technical headers.
cdnjs (GSAP)
The animation library is fetched from cdnjs Cloudflare; no personal data is involved.
Hosting & email
Contact submissions travel to our business email via our hosting provider’s standard, secured form pipeline.
We disclose personal data to authorities only where legally required, and we will tell you when we are legally permitted to do so.
5. Data Retention & Security — kept tight, kept brief.
We keep personal data only as long as the purpose needs it, protected with measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
Retention windows
Inquiry details: up to 24 months after last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Drafts: until you submit or clear them.
Security measures
TLS encryption in transit, least-data collection, sanitized form inputs and no payment data stored anywhere on this site.
International transfers
We serve 35+ countries; data may be processed where our senior team operates, with GDPR-grade safeguards applied wherever required.
Children’s privacy
This website is directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16; if you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Your Privacy Rights — exercised in one email.
Wherever you live — GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California, DPDP in India or other local laws — these rights are yours. Email contact@hhsoftcloud.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Ask exactly what personal data we hold about you and receive a clear copy, including its sources and purposes.
Tell us what is inaccurate or incomplete and we will correct it without friction.
Request erasure of your personal data and we will delete it, unless we must retain a minimum record to meet legal or contractual duties — we will always explain which and why.
Receive the data you gave us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format to take wherever you like.
You may object to our processing or ask us to pause it while a dispute is resolved. Objecting to the newsletter stops it immediately.
If processing rests on consent (like the newsletter), you may withdraw it at any time — past processing remains lawful.
Exercising your rights will never change the price you pay or the quality of service you receive.
7. Changes to This Policy — versioned, never silent.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page, raise the version number and refresh the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days so you always know what changed and when.
